I was born in Mexio Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, but spent most of my childhood around the world, living in a total of 7 different countries: Mexico, Phillipines, Thailand, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic and Colombia.

During quarantine in Colombia, I discovered my passion for coding while taking the Harvard CS50 course online. For my final project, I developed a website that provides real-time stock prices, solidifying my interest in software development.

I was accepted into the University of California, Berkeley, where I am currently pursuing a degree in Data Science with a focus on Robotics. The journey has been transformative, and I'm excited about the path ahead.

Worked as a Software Engineer at Free Geek Toronto, where I developed a website designed to accurately assess and price the value of various electronic devices. This tool streamlined the process for users, making it easier for them to determine the worth of their electronics efficiently.

At Artu, a startup focused on monitoring Mexican government publications. My responsibilities spanned both front-end and back-end development, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust system architecture. Additionally, I developed a machine learning algorithm that accurately predicts the relevance of government publications, significantly enhancing the platform's value to its users. During my time there, we were accepted into the highly selective Platanus accelerator program, which has an acceptance rate of just 2%.
